1 ½ oz 3 Howls Classic Gin (Old Fashioned Gin)

¾ oz Triple Sec

¾ Fresh squeezed lemon juice

½ oz Simple Syrup

½ oz egg white (optional)

Shake all ingredients with ice and strain back into shaker to remove ice. Shake again without ice and then strain into chilled glass.
